I offer coaching to people to have a vision and take action.

I need people who are ready to create a state that works for all by implenting the restorative justice model.  

Skills I'm offering: I have helped groups in the past to organize events, sending out email reminders, coordinating zoom meetings, and creating basic documents. 

I'm in need of: Like minded organizers that could help gather pastors and other people of faith for prayer walks and other faith based events. 

Skills I’m offering: I am an artist  - a community artist, painter and illustrator. I can offer art mentoring to you or your group. 

Needs I have: I need help making a word document sing with text, graphics and images.

My offer: I get jobs for people and provide the transportation for them to get to and from the job.

I need: people to do gardening in the 900 block of Lockwood in Austin Chicago. They would learn and teach how to garden and get fresh food.  

NEED: participants to sign up for our Bottle Boy initiative for community clean ups collecting littered bottles. We're expanding our outreach this spring and need help collecting bottles. You can participate in community clean ups or sort your own bottle from out the waste bin.  

OFFER: Our Bottle Boy Initiative teaches participants how to recycle in order to create sustainable development in your community. Mentoring on how recycling can be vertically integrated by repurposing products to introduce new products to the market. 

I’m offering to do a photographic shoot. 

I need legal assistance communicating with a non-responsive college that I attended.

I can offer: to advise people about mortgages, credit, and how to buy a house with no money down. I can also give classes on these subjects. I have a network of lenders and realtors with whom I can connect you. 

I need: to referrals of people who need help getting a mortgage and people who are renting who should be buying. I also need help constructing and selling container homes. Member contact info

I am offering: lead classes in parenting, financial literacy, fatherhood and am offering help in these areas. I also do work with Restorative Justice and can help parents and children. I can also help organiztions that want to start a Restorative Justice program or are having issues with it. 

I need: Help recruiting people who need classes in parenting, financial literacy, and fatherhood classes. I also need an assistant in these classes.  A math tutor who can help High School kids. 

I offer to fix all kind of Windows issues, upgrade windows, give software services, install windows, server operating systems, etc. I can also do logo design, whiteboard animation.

Needs I have: I need help with janitorial services. 

I OFFER: I'm a teacher and tutor; I like helping people research difficult projects and write about them.  When I have time, I can also help with writing projects of any kind: resumes, letters, etc.  I'm into music. I like connecting with musicians who go for music like this and this and this.

I NEED: People young and old to meet with executives of Chicago's TV stations to get them to host ongoing problem-solving public forums aimed at making Chicago safe (solving violence).

Skills I’m offering: Organizing, managing, campaigning, fund-raising, promoting community-serving programs. 

Needs I have: I need someone who can do some of the following. Read and write emails. Drive me to a meeting we’re both going to and be a human guide (I’m blind). Do online secretarial work. Translate at a Spanish-speaking meeting.

I offer for kids golf instruction and tickets to Brookfield Zoo, forums on domestic violence and human trafficking, training as deputy voter registrars, community support for reform of suburban taxes, Plato School, Oak Street Health programs for seniors, and energy programs through ComEd.

I am looking to partner with organizations in Oak Park.

I am offering: Coaching on how to take care of yourself, eg, with what you eat, and how you choose to live. Eg, exercise and meditation are real good for you. During this pandemic I am also offering essential stuff like toilet paper and pampers.

I need: help spreading the word about Mothers on a Mission.  

Skills I can share: basic carpentry, basketball shot mechanics.

Skills I’d like to learn: golf skills, something musical.

I offer organizing skills that can help grow community in a positive direction in the Chicago Westside. 

The Oak Park Public Library offers meeting spaces that can be reserved online after the pandemic is over and the library re-opens.  

I can offer: monthly training for staff. TimeExchange members have admittance to Housing Forward's monthly training programs, without dollar cost. 

Participants in these trainings can often get Certificates, or CEU’s if they are students. 

Every month there is a different training, eg, mental health, crisis prevention, harm reduction (eg, in regard to overdoses), end of life decisions, how to create a life wheel, how to find an attorney. 

I can offer: job placement programs on Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning at 10am. There's an orientation and you get an application, and a week later you can be placed in a job.

I offer: mentoring and tutoring programs for middle schools on drugs, financial literacy, life skills, career service, professional etiquette, and job training. 

I need: space to run my programs after the pandemic.

I offer, after the pandemic, space at Mount Olivet M.B. Church, 5642 W North Ave. Chicago.

I offer support to people in the streets of the Westside. 

I need to know what services are available so I can convey it to people I meet in the streets who want that info.

I can offer after the pandemic space for meetings and programs at the Austin Branch Branch of the Chicago Public Library (5615 W Race Ave., Chicago), which is a few steps from the Austin Town Hall.

I can offer: editing help and help with losing an accent.

I need: start-up funds for producing my movie "THE KOI KEEPER."

Skills I’m offering: tennis instruction, computer help, organizing, marketing, grant writing, urban planning, architecture, academic stuff like writing, math, and problem solving, clean living like simple healthy cooking & men’s circles, fixing stuff and creating quirky devices that you need.
