Workforce Development

Workforce Development is a "dual customer" program providing area employers with expertly matched job candidates and assisting job seekers in qualifying for such jobs. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm, with evening and weekends by appointment only.

We can locate workers with the precise skills you need to succeed. We provide highly professional staff assistance, assessment and screening, up-to-date labor market information, and close communication. Our services are little or no additional cost to you.

For the Job Seeker:
We provide opportunities to earn a good living wage. We assist you in identifying careers in which you will succeed and become self-sufficient. We provide career assessment and preparation for long-term job placement success and retention.
